It is the policy of Eastside Academy to not discriminate against students based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, or sexual orientation in its admissions, programs, or activities.

At Eastside Academy we believe every student has the right to learn and every teacher has the right to teach. Eastside Academy prohibits acts of bullying, harassment, and other forms of aggression and violence both physical and verbal. This includes involving peers to join in bullying, harassment, and threatening behavior. Eastside Academy has a detailed policy and procedure for dealing with discrimination, harassment, bullying, and other forms of discrimination.
